At Calvary Temple, you’ll find a welcoming community of people from every walk of life who are growing together in faith. Whether you’ve been part of church your whole life or are just beginning to explore what you believe, you belong here.
Each Sunday, we gather to worship God through music, prayer, and a message from Scripture that connects with everyday life. There are programs for kids and youth, opportunities to serve, and ways to build friendships through small groups and ministries that meet throughout the week.
We’re passionate about helping people know God, find belonging, and make a difference in our city and around the world. Come as you are, and discover what God is doing in and through our church family.

Join us at 9:00am every Sunday morning in the Main Sanctuary for a one-hour service. We sing hymns and well loved choruses using the piano and pipe organ and other instruments as accompaniment.
Before the service, children can be dropped off in the lower level of the building to enjoy a time of age appropriate worship, lessons and activity at either One Way Street or Big City Avenue. Our Nursery is also available for infants aged 0-2.

In our Contemporary Worship Service, we gather together with modern style music that encourages heartfelt worship of our God and Saviour.
Join us at 11:00am every Sunday morning in the Main Sanctuary for a one-hour service.

The Deaf Fellowship is designed to minister to the spiritual needs of the deaf community in Winnipeg. This ministry can be summed up very simply: it is all about the good news of Jesus Christ changing lives. You will find the Deaf Fellowship meeting in the 3rd floor chapel of the Ministry Center building located at 400 Hargrave Street. Enter by the bell tower or from the West Entrance of the Ministry Center. Take the stairs or elevator to the third floor and you will find the chapel in room 313.

When you arrive at 440 Hargrave Street, you’ll be welcomed into the main sanctuary for either the Traditional (9:00 a.m.) or Contemporary (11:00 a.m.) service.
If you have children, you can choose to drop them off in the children’s ministries: for infants/toddlers (0-36 months) there is a nursery; for preschool / K-5 there are special kids worship experiences.
There are people ready to greet you, you don’t need to know everything, just show up, find a seat (or ask someone to show you), and worship as you feel comfortable.

We have three free parking lots available on Sunday mornings for those attending Calvary Temple:
Lot 1: Across the street at Notre Dame & Hargrave (Lot #381)
Lot 2: West Entrance (accessible from Hargrave Street)
Lot 3: Across Notre Dame Avenue near Dagmar Street

Yes! Your children will have a welcoming space tailored for them, with screened and trained leaders teaching them about Jesus!
For ages 0-36 months: Nursery is available during Sunday services.
For preschool (approx. ages 3-4) there is a “One Way Street” program
For Kindergarten to Grade 5 there is “Big City Avenue” during 9:00 & 11:00 services.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in—many come in jeans and a shirt, others dress up a bit more. Either is fine!

Our services are approximately 75 minutes long.

You are welcome to be here regardless of whether you give. Giving is one way people at this church express their gratitude to God and support the ministry, but there’s no obligation.

You might aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time so you have time to park, find the entrance, check in kids if needed, and settle in. We have a wonderful cafe in our lobby ready to get you a drink if you’re early and want something to do before the service starts!
